15 Days to the Everest Base Camp

• More than 60 days prior to arrival date: 10% cancellation charge + airfare cancellation fees.
• 30 - 50 days prior to arrival date: 20% + airfare cancellation fees.
• 29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 40% + airfare cancellation fees.
• 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 80% + airfare cancellation fees.
• 7 days prior to arrival date: 100 % (that all the flight tickets in the package are non-refundable.)
• No show: 100% (that all the flight tickets in the package are non-refundable.)

• For infant (0 - less than 2 years old): FOC Land service + airfare
• 02 - 11 years old: 85% adult rate.
• Child from 12 years old and above will pay as adult.

All tickets: Based on each airlines policy, the price for children will be applied at time of booking.

You will be required to pay a deposit when booking with Vietnam Tour Fun. The deposit will be 20% of the full payment. Final payment is required no later than 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
