He went above and beyond to assist us in planning our itinerary, responding promptly to our emails and WhatsApp messages. As someone who has worked with many travel agencies before, I can say that Alex is one of the most dedicated consultants I've encountered. He was always available, often for at least 12 hours a day. Throughout our trip, we had outstanding guides at every stop. The biggest challenge we faced was heavy rain during our visit to Angkor Thom's South Gate, but this was due to the rainy season and not the company's fault. We chose this tour with Vietnam Tour Fun after discussing our options with agent Long, who helped us select activities that would appeal to both the older and younger generations. As we traveled during the rainy season in late August to November, it's essential to pack lightweight jackets. Additionally, if you're prone to motion sickness, be sure to prepare accordingly as buses are the primary mode of transportation. In Vietnam, it's common for public restrooms to use spray hoses instead of traditional toilet paper. It may take some getting used to, especially for children who aren't familiar with this practice. However, being prepared and learning how to properly use the "bum washer" can make a big difference. Overall, our experience in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos was fantastic, and we highly recommend these destinations as family-friendly options. We created many wonderful memories and enjoyed quality time together as a family. Thanks again to Vietnam Tour Fun for making this trip so special!
