If we had an early flight from HCMC, we could've seen more of the area. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by four hours, which felt like a waste of time. Ms. Trang, our guide in Hanoi, spoke English fluently but seemed distracted by her phone during the tour. In contrast, our guides in HCM and Siem Reap were excellent - polite, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. We appreciated Esther's efforts to arrange everything for us, including booking shows and other activities.
